Join yoga instructor Julie Weiss to discover the many joys of yoga. Teens will build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Yoga is fun, challenging, and helps you learn about the most important subject...You!
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring some water, and a yoga mat if you have your own. Extra mats will be available if you need to borrow.
