Program - Yoga for Teens

August 5th and August 12th 4pm - 5pm
Discover the many joys of yoga. Build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Yoga is fun, challenging, and helps you learn about the most important subject...You!
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat (if you have one)
